Course Description:
Welcome to the Parametric Design and Building Performance Simulation Course. This is a project to provide an Open Educational Resource for students studying parametric modeling and building science and technology.
This course comprises two sections. The first section is for parametric modeling in Grasshopper. I assume students have fundamental 3D modeling skills using Rhino, so no instruction on modeling in Rhino is covered in this course. The second section is for building performance simulations and site analysis using ClimateStudio and Ladybug Tools.
